Truelok Check Valves are manufactured in SS316/ SS316L material, that can withstand the harsh conditions often found in industries like oil and gas, chemical processing, and pharmaceuticals.
These valves are offered in size range of 1/8” to 1” for various cracking pressure. Various configurations, including tube fitting ,and NPT connections, are available and are easy to install and integrate into existing gas delivery systems. UHP check valves are offered with male face seal (VCR® style), female face seal, and butt weld connections.
Truelok Check Valves, for general industry, are designed for pressure rating up to 6000 psig, with max temperature range of -10 °F to 375 °F. Max working pressure for UHP valves is 3000 psig with a temperature rating of 14 °F to 176 °F. Additionally, they are designed to operate with minimal pressure drop, which helps to maintain efficient and consistent flow rates.
